Lawyers4Arabs is a legal referral and marketing service that connects individuals seeking legal assistance with Arabic-speaking attorneys. We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice, legal services, or legal representation.

Our Service facilitates introductions between potential clients and licensed attorneys. Any attorney-client relationship is formed directly between you and the attorney you choose to work with, not with Lawyers4Arabs.

No attorney-client relationship

Important: Using this website or submitting information through our forms does not create an attorney-client relationship with Lawyers4Arabs or any attorney in our network. An attorney-client relationship is only formed when you and an attorney have both agreed to such a relationship, typically through a signed engagement letter.

When you submit a consultation request, we share your information with attorneys in our network who may be able to assist with your legal matter. By submitting a request, you consent to this sharing.

We make reasonable efforts to vet attorneys in our network, including verifying bar membership and checking for disciplinary actions. However, we do not guarantee the quality of legal services provided by any attorney.

Attorney Participation

Attorneys who participate in our network agree to separate terms governing their participation. The inclusion of an attorney in our network does not constitute an endorsement of that attorney.

Fees

Our referral service is free for individuals seeking legal assistance. You will never be charged by Lawyers4Arabs for connecting with an attorney.

Any fees for legal services are determined between you and the attorney you choose to work with. Lawyers4Arabs is not responsible for any fees charged by attorneys.

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Lawyers4Arabs and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FIND ARABIC LAWYERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

We are not responsible for the actions, advice, or services of any attorney in our network. Any disputes regarding legal services should be addressed directly with the attorney.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lawyers4Arabs, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by posting notice on our website. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
